Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

Sophie Lowans Millinery delivers goods via either a courier service or Royal Mail. When your parcel is delivered you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt. If you are not there, a card will be dropped through your door stating how to get your parcel.


Delivery Times

Delivery within 3 working days from order.

Currently we only deliver within the UK Mainland. 

Shipping Prices
UK shipping is charged at £15 per delivery by courier.


International
We are not able to deliver outside of the UK at the moment.
 

Returns Policy

I can accept returns on items that are in stock from our online range.  These items can be returned within 14 days from when you receive them, providing they are unworn with all labels still attached and in the original packaging.

Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on Made to Order or Bespoke items.

I take pride in the quality of my products and our policy is to ensure that all products supplied reach you in perfect condition. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund where possible, provided a Returns Number is requested within 7 days of receipt and items are returned within 14 days meeting the requirements below. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

- All returns must be in perfect condition and complete with their original tags still attached.

- We are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds on items that have been worn, marked or damaged or that are not in their undamaged original packaging.

- A refund will be issued to the original card that was used for the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including UK taxes, but exclude shipping costs.

Returns Address

We will notify you of the returns address on request.

We will email you on receipt of the goods to confirm that your return will be processed.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges, if you wish to purchase a different item you will have to conduct a new transaction.
