Terms of Hat hire

The period of hire is 4 days, please contact me to check on availability and inform me of your start date.

 

You may have an option to extend this period if the hat is not booked for another event but will require contact and confirmation.

You will receive your hat on the day before the start date.

 

A 50% deposit must be paid on the day of booking to secure the order. Please ensure your hat is returned on day 4 of your hire date using the same day or special delivery or delivered back to the studio.

Any extension to hire or late return will result in an additional period charge.

Hat care

Avoid rain – hats are very delicate and will not withstand even the slightest amount of drizzle, please ensure that you use an umbrella.

Make up damage – Please use little or no make up on your forehead where the hat touches. Make up is almost impossible to remove and marks may incur a damage charge.

Perfume – Please apply your fragrance before you put on your hat.

Handling your Hat

Please ensure your hands are clean, dry and free of any oils, face products or makeup as this will damage the hat.

Should you get anything on the hat do not try to clean it yourself.

If you remove your hat please ensure it is stored safely.

If your hat is lost, damaged or exceeds the normal wear and tear there will be a replacement charge up to the retail value of the headpiece.
